Product Description
Headers are as big pipes that transfer water from the downcomers to
the risers through a combustion zone where the water gets partially
heated to steam from the heat of fuel combustion.The headers of
boilers include water-cooling hinders of boilers proper, economizer
hinders, superheater hinders, etc. They function for gathering,
mixing and redistribution in boiler systems. In structure, they
include end cover hinders or necking hinders.
Product process
In manufacturing, the key of end cover hinder is welding. Since by
manual arc welding, the weld joint is single-side welding without
quality guarantee at the ends. In addition, due to large welding
workload, frequent return for repair and long working period, it
became the throat process of the whole hinder production. When
making hinders of the style, we adopt advanced production
technique, complete large equipment and mature technology,
especially automatic submerged arc welding between hinders and end
covers. Such welding methods have high manufacturing efficiency,
good quality, beautiful welding shape, safety, reliability, etc.

Product Category
The boiler headers have water wall header,superheater
header,economizer header and so on. It acts action of gathering,
mixing and redistribution in boiler systems. In structure, they
include end cover hinders or necking hinders.
Construction
Header construction is basically a miniature version of a simple
steam drum (diameters are smaller than the ones of steam drums).
However, in headers there are usually no internals except the
orifices in forced circulation and once-through principle boilers.
Small diameter headers are constructed from a tube with welded
front and end plates, whereas the big headers are made of bent
steel plates in the same way as steam drums.

and electrode.
3. X-ray, γ-ray and liquid penetrant test inspection report to
ensure the quality of the entire boiler.
