The finned tube is a heat exchanger.Is to improve the heat exchange efficiency, usually in the heat exchange pipe surface by adding fins, increase the heat exchange pipe surface area (or internal surface area), so as to improve the heat exchange efficiency, such a heat exchange pipe.

High frequency and high frequency welding spiral finned pipe is one of the most widely used spiral finned pipe at HDB.It is widely used in power, metallurgy, cement industry waste heat recovery and petrochemical industry.High frequency welding spiral finned pipe is in the steel belt winding steel pipe at the same time, using the skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency current, the steel belt and the outer surface of the steel pipe are heated until the plastic state or melting, and the welding is completed under certain pressure of the wound steel belt.This high frequency welding is actually a solid phase welding.Compared with Mosaic, brazing (or overall hot dip galvanizing) and other methods, it is more advanced in product quality (fin bonding rate is high, up to 95%), productivity and automation.
