Product Description
Boiler headers, or boiler manifolds are designed to simplify piping
near the boiler, reduce installation time, labor costs and parts
used. Available in various branch options with threaded inlet and
outlet connections. For closed loop heating applications only.
The pressures and temperatures that headers have to withstand
depend on the component to which they are connected. A header
connected to an economizer or to water wall panels is subject to
less severe requirements on the material than a header connected to
superheaters or reheaters.

Product Category
The boiler headers have water wall header,superheater
header,economizer header and so on. It acts action of gathering,
mixing and redistribution in boiler systems. In structure, they
include end cover hinders or necking hinders.
Construction
Header construction is basically a miniature version of a simple
steam drum (diameters are smaller than the ones of steam drums).
However, in headers there are usually no internals except the
orifices in forced circulation and once-through principle boilers.
Small diameter headers are constructed from a tube with welded
front and end plates, whereas the big headers are made of bent
steel plates in the same way as steam drums.

and electrode.
3. X-ray, γ-ray and liquid penetrant test inspection report to
